A total of 100 students received scholarship from the United Association of Food and Beverage Merchants of Macau on August 24. Chairman Li Ruo Yung congratulated the students and encouraged them to continue to study and become social leaders in the future. The future of Macau and China depends on the younger generation.

The UAFBMM held the 15-16 Members’ Children Annual Scholarship Awarding Ceremony at 3:00pm on August 24 at Federal Restaurant. While addressing during the ceremony, Chairman Li stated that UAFBMM has been improving the scholarship application and verification process over the past 27 years since 1989. With the increasing number of outstanding students, the knowledge level and quality has been significantly improved. The purposes of annual scholarships are to demonstrate our care and support of the next generation. Through care and support, children can develop their potentials and become social leaders in the future.

100 students were selected according to the academic year results in 125 applications. The scholarships are divided into four categories: Forms 1~3, Forms 4~6, Primary 1~3, and Primary 4~6, 25 outstanding students were selected in each group.
